Magleby, Langeland, 6 flyvere (7 amerikanske flyvere hjemført, stadig mindet med trækors med navneplader - Abraham Silverman dog med Davidsstjerne).

Magleby Kirke, Kirkeby 18, 5935 Bagenkop i Langelands Kommune. Indgangen er her. Se inskription på Mindemuren. Se Kirken på nettet.
Mindemuren blev rejst af danske og afsløret 5. maj 1948 - og 2 dage senere blev amerikanerne hjemført! Gravstedet er her lige nord for kirkens tårn.

Magleby, Langeland, 6 airmen (7 American airmen taken home, still commemorated with wooden crosses with nameplates. Abraham Silverman, however,

Magleby Kirke, Kirkeby 18, DK-5935 Bagenkop in the Municipality of Langeland. The entrance is here. See the inscription on the Memorial Wall.
The memorial wall was erected by Danes, unveiled 5 May, 1948 - and 2 days later the Americans were taken home! This plot is here just north of the tower of the church.
