Den 15. februar 1944 styrtede HAL JD456 i Østersøen syd for Langeland (måske omkring her) i forbindelse med et bombetogt til Berlin.

Bemærk hvordan S/Sgt J.G. Heilich fra B24 42-95144 blev reddet i Østersøen af danske fiskere, overført til et tysk fartøj og senere tvunget til at grave en grav. Efter
nogle få timer fandt han ud af, at graven ikke var til ham selv! Se p329MACRforklaring. Det passer med P/O M.A.G. Fournier fra HAL JD456 og Magleby Kirkegård.

On 15 February 1944 HAL JD456 crashed into the Baltic Sea south of Langeland (maybe about here) in connection with a bombing raid on Berlin.

Notice how S/Sgt J.G. Heilich fra B24 42-95144 was rescued in the Baltic Sea by Danish fishermen, transferred to a German vessel and later forced to dig a grave.
After a few hours he found oút that the grave was not for himself! See p329MACRstatement. It matches P/O M.A.G. Fournier of HAL JD456 and Magleby Churchyard.
