Den 24. april 1945 blev HAL JP299 skudt ned over Skagerrak omkring her ca. 30 km nord for Hirtshals.

Vi kender ikke alle detaljer, men ved at se på både britiske og tyske oplysninger får man et billede af hvad der skete.

On 24 April 1945 HAL JP299 was shot down over the Kattegat about here app. 30 km north of Hirtshals.

We do not know all details, but a look at British and German information gives an idea of what happened.
