Sergeant Roland Felix Lyster, 20 år, var søn af John og Ellen Lyster, Dublin, Irland.

Se hans navn. Det er på Panel 157 på Runnymede Memorial blandt mere end 20.000 navne på

HAL DT628 took off from RAF Snaith on 20 April 1943 at 21.23 hours to bomb Stettin.
The plane failed to return! It disappeared without trace.

Sergeant Roland Felix Lyster was the Navigator of HAL DT628.

Sergeant Roland Felix Lyster, 20, was the son of John and Ellen Lyster, of Dublin, Republic of Ireland. Like all other crew members he was a volunteer.
He is remembered on The Walls of Names at the International Bomber Command Centre, Phase 2, Panel 202.   
He is commemorated on the Runnymede Memorial, Panel 157, among more than 20,000 airmen who have no known grave. (Source: CWGC) See his name.
