Besætningen delte sig op i to grupper, men alle 7 flyvere blev taget til fange og blev ført til Tyske krigsfangelejre.

"Sgt P.L.Chamberlain blev interneret i lejrene L6 Heydekrug / 357 Thorn-Fallingbostel med F/S B.V.Millett, F/S W.C.M.Hogg,
Sgt R.McDonald, Sgt R.H.E.McLaren, Sgt G.A.Naylor og F/S G.E.Ksendz." (Lost Bombers)
