Flight Lieutenant (Pilot) John Prower Braund, 22, was the
son of William Powell and Greta Emily Braund, of Pinner, Middlesex, United Kingdom.
His brother Marwood Paul also fell. (Source: CWGC) Both of the twin brothers were Pilots of 77 Squadron.
They are still remembered in 77 Squadron Association, see NICKEL 59 and NICKEL 58 (pdfs).
