2nd Lieutenant Marshall Herrick was the Bombardier of 
    
    B17 42-30401. On 12 August 1943 he was found washed 
ashore near Lakolk on Rømø (about
here).  1 airman from B17 42-30401 was buried in Esbjerg, 1 in Kirkeby, Rømø, and 1 in the U.S.A. 7 airmen have no known grave. (6 CAM, 1 NET) MACR p196
