This Lancaster crashed in the North Sea on 16 September, 1944 during a bombing raid on Kiel. All of the crew perished. (Source: FAF) See p375MACR.

Warrant Officer Class II John Raike, 24, was the son of Herbert and Elizabeth Raike, of Oshawa, Ontario, Canada.
He is commemorated on the Runnymede Memorial, Panel 254, among more than 20,000 airmen who have no known grave. (Source: CWGC)
His name is engraved on the Memorial Wall at the BC Museum of Canada. The Canadian Virtual War Memorial has this.
He is remembered on The Walls of Names at the International Bomber Command Centre, Phase 2, Panel 229.
