Kvinden fortæller, at hun
Verdenskrig.
Hun ville ønske at de pårørende vidste at denne gestus bliver vist de faldne/omkomne.

On 14 July 2025 Maria von der Maase Rockwell Bendtsen, leader of the Anholt Museum, took photos of grave markers for J F W Emerson and R K Stratford on the Anholt Cemetery.

On 17 July 2025 she added:
Through 15 years a frequent visitor of Anholt has laid a wreath on each grave about 4
times a year.
The wreaths are made of flowers of the season from the beautiful nature
of Anholt.
The woman says that she does this in their honour because they paid the ultimate price for peace during World War II.
She would very much like the relatives to know that this handsome gesture is being
shown to the deceased.
