LAN EE138 blev mindet i 1943 med et trækors, i 1950 med mindestenen til venstre og i 2008 med disse bronzetavler og trækorset, se tekster og mere.
Den australske ambassadør Ms. Sharyn Minahan og Donald Stewart afslørede mindetavlerne for de 125 private gæster og officielle repræsentanter.

85-årig fra Australien tog sidste afsked med bror i Stadil (film, 2 min.) fra højtideligheden 4. september 2008 65 år efter styrtet.
Margaret Downing, 85 år, mistede ved styrtet sin ældre bror Sidney Forrester. Fra familien deltog også Peter Forrester, der tog billeder på dagen.
Donald Stewart mistede sin fætter E.G. Carthew. Også slægtninge af C.R. Kelaher, C.A. Walsh og E.A.C. Thirkettle deltog.
TV/MIDT-VEST sendte 28. december 2008 Det lange farvel (film, 21 min.) hvor historien fortælles via interview med Jessie Bowler, enke efter E.A.C. Thirkettle.

LAN EE138 was commemorated in 1943 with a wooden cross, in 1950 with the monument to the left and in 2008 with these plaques and the cross, see texts and more.
The Australian Ambassador Ms. Sharyn Minahan and Donald Stewart unveiled the plaques for the 125 people from Denmark, England and Australia and official representatives.
TV/MIDT-VEST sent 85-year-old from Australia bid a last farewell to her brother in Stadil (film, 2 min.) from the 65th Commemoration Event on 4 SEP 2008.

Donald Stewart lost his cousin E.G. Carthew in the crash. Relatives of C.R. Kelaher, C.A. Walsh and E.A.C. Thirkettle were also present.
