Sgt Blundell was washed ashore north of
Nordmandskrogen near Nymindegab (about
here). On
18 August 1941 he and 3 other Allied airmen were buried in Esbjerg. Mayor M.
Mortensen, chief executive H. Nielsen, chief constable Aksel Th. B. Hebo and
