procession to the wreath laying ceremonies.

74th Anniversary of air crash commemorated

SLAGLILLE: In connection with an oecumenical service in Slaglille Church last Sunday the 74th anniversary of the air crash of a Polish bomber into the house of
the Christensens in the parish of Slaglille was commemorated.

At the service there were prayers in Danish by Vicar Anders Frederiksen and then
in Polish by the Catholic priest Julian Bodnar, Næstved.

After the prayers wreaths were laid on the plot of the Christensens and on the plot of the airmen.

Mr. Kasprzak and his two grandchildren from Poland attended the ceremony.
Mr. Kasprzak is the brother of one of the fallen Polish airmen.
