Den 8. november 1941 styrtede BLE T1807 i Nordsøen under eskorteflyvning for 3 flyvebåde og
u-båden HMS Rubis på eftersøgning. Flyet forlod RAF Dyce kl. 07.25 den 8. november 1941.
Det ramte vandet kl. 11.17 og sank. Hele besætningen omkom.

On 8 November 1941 crashed into the North Sea. It escorted 3 flying boats and HMS Rubis
(submarine) on search. The plane left RAF Dyce at 0725 hours on 8 November 1941.
 It hit the water at 1117 hours and sank. All of the crew perished.
