 Cimbrerstenen
Til minde om Cimbrerne er der rejst dette monument.
Cimbrerstenen er udført af billedhuggeren Anders Bundgaard med den ret
karakteristiske Cimbrertyr indhugget i stenen og med inskriptionen:

Cimbrerne drog ud fra disse egne i året 120 før Kristus

Monumentet er en gave fra Søren J. Heiberg, Chicago til Dr. Henius, som
videregav det til Rebild National Park.

Cimbrerstenen blev rejst i år 1933.

The Cimbrian Stone

This monument has been created in memory of the Cimbrians.

The Cimbrian Stone has been made by the sculptor Anders Bundgaard with
the rather characteristic Cimbrian bull carved into the stone and with the
inscription:

The Cimbrians set out from this piece of the country
in the year 120 before Christ

The monument is a gift from Søren J. Heiberg to Dr. Max Henius, who
presented it to Rebild National Park Society Inc.

The Cimbrian Stone was erected in 1933.
