FLY (her Lancaster) 3 hvide og 1 rødt lys, FLY ind i MODVIND.

NEDKASTNINGER skulle være i MODVIND, så faldskærme kunne åbne sig.

En elektrisk impuls udløste krogene i bombeophænget ved tryk på en knap.

Fra flyet skulle containere eller faldskærmsfolk helt perfekt ramme midterste lys.

Den lygte viste dog kun midten af målområdet, hvor nedkastninger kunne være spredt.

AIR DROPS had to be in HEADWIND, so that parachutes could open up.

An electric impulse triggered the hooks in the bomb rack at the push of a button.

From the plane it would be perfect to hit the lamp at the centre with containers.

However, that lamp only indicated the centre of the target area where air drops
could be scattered.
