I RAF Bar får man fornemmelsen af at
flyverne lige er gået. Det historiske loft har
graffiti fra luftvåben fra to lande - fra United States 8th Air Force og RAF, lavet med stearinlys, lighter og læbestift.
Stemningen i baren var præget af at man
ikke vidste, om man blev skudt ned over Tyskland om kort tid. Ikke alle kunne
regne med en Happy Ending.

In the RAF Bar you get the feeling that the
airmen just left a short while ago.
The historic ceiling has the graffiti of two
air forces - World War II United States
8th Air Force and RAF made by candle, lighter
and lipstick.
The mood in the bar was marked by the fact that you might get shot down over Germany
in a short while. Not all could count on a
Happy Ending.
