 Denne mindehøjtidelighed  for at højtideligholde 80-årsdagen for flystyrtet
 blev indledt med en gudstjeneste i Slaglille Kirke med kirkens sognepræst
 og med deltagelse af den katolske polske kirke.

 Polakker kæmpede i Royal Air Force i polske Squadrons i Polish Air Force.

 Ved kransenedlægningen var der repræsentater for det polske og det britiske
 forsvar og fra det danske hjemmeværn.

 This memorial ceremony to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the air crash
 began with a memorial service in Slaglille Kirke / Church with the vicar from the church
 and with participation of the catholic Polish church.

 Poles fought in the Royal Air Force in Polish Squadrons in the Polish Air Force.

 They flew on missions organized by Bomber Command.

 At the wreath-laying ceremony there were representatives from the Polish and
 and British defence and from the Danish Home Guard.
