Mindestenen blev afsløret den 23. april 2005 her 150 m nordvest for Karlsmindevej 21, 6430 Nordborg. Se program med liste over besætningsmedlemmer.
Se fotos af Monument 2010. Hvert år gennemføres mindehøjtidelighed her af Kontaktudvalget For De Militære Traditioner i Sønderborgområdet med 30-35
mennesker. Udvalget består af 19 foreninger: Hjemmeværn og soldaterforeninger. Der afsluttes med kaffebord. Premierløjtnant J.P.Rasmussen er formand og
presseofficer L.Larsen er sekretær. Til AirmenDK sendte han sin Mindetale 2015, Pressemeddelelse 2017 og folderen 73-årsdagen for flystyrtet ved Karlsminde,
som han justerede i 2017. (Karlsminde er en gård 300 m syd for nedstyrtningsstedet, mens Tranerodde med Tranerodde Fyr er ca. 800 m sydøst for det.)

A memorial stone was unveiled on 23 April, 2005

area with 30-35 people. The committee comprises 19 societies, the Home Guard and societies of old soldiers included. A common coffee table is the end of the programme. First Lieutenant P.J. Jørgensen is the chairman and Press Officer L. Larsen is the secretary. To AirmenDK he sent his Memorial Speech 2015,
Press Release 2017 and the folder 73rd Anniversary of the air crash near Karlsminde, which he updated in 2017. (Karlsminde is a farm 300 m south of the crash site.)
